Question: Do you sell gift cards? Answer: Yes, you can purchase them online at www.splashlewiston.com or in person at the car wash. 

Question: Are you open today?  Answer:  We are open everyday from 9am to 6pm. We close for New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Labor Day and Christmas Day. 

Question: Is your car wash a hand wash? Answer: No, it is a touch free conveyor, the safest way to wash a car. 

Question: Do I stay in my car or get out for the wash? Answer: You stay in your car. 

Question: Do you offer an unlimited wash program?  Answer: No, we offer a rewards program with no monthly spending commitment. You receive a free car wash on your birthday. We do random free car wash days exclusively for members. You can use your rewards points for a free car wash or detail. Text Splash1 to 578-277 and join today. 

Question: Do you wash dually pickups? Answer: Unfortunately our car wash cannot handle pickups with four rear tires.  We are able to detail dually pickups.  Is detailing something you might be interested in?

Question: What is the maximum height of a vehicle you can wash? Answer: 7’2” 

Question: How long does it take to go through the wash?  Answer: About 3 minutes. 

Question: Will you vacuum my car for me? Answer: No, we have free vacuums for you to use. 

Question: Do I have to get a car wash to use the vacuums? Answer: Yes 

Question: Are you hiring?  Thanks for the interest in our job opening.  We will interview Tuesday through Saturday from 3pm to 5pm.  Just come on in, no appointment needed. All questions will be addressed and answered in person.  We look forward to meeting you.

Question: Can I get a detail today? Answer: No, all details require an appointment and need at least 3 days’ notice. 

Question: Do you wash or detail RV’s, boats or trailers? A: No, we only detail cars, trucks, mini vans and SUV’s. 

Question: How long do details take to complete? Answer: Details are an all-day service. Appointments are at 9 am and your vehicle will be ready by 6 pm. 

Question: Can I drop my vehicle off the day before or after hours. Answer: Yes, we have a key drop at the detail center you can use.

Question: Do you do cut and buffs?  Answer:  Yes a cut and buff is part of our Exterior Detail Service.

Question:  What is the cost of a carwash?  Answer: You have three options: Basic Wash is $12.00, you get Core touchless clean — fast & effective for everyday use; Better Wash is $15.00, you get Added protectants, enhanced wheel cleaning & shine; Best Wash is $18.00, you get the Tru Pearl premium treatment with maximum gloss & protection. 

Question:  What is the pricing for a detail?  Answer: Complete Detail for most Cars cost $325, Complete Detail for most Pickups & SUV’s cost $375, Complete Detail for most Mini Vans & Large SUV’s cost $450; Interior Detail for most Cars cost $225, Interior Detail for most Pickups & SUV’s cost $250, Interior Detail for most Mini Vans & Large SUV’s cost $300; Exterior Detail for most Cars cost $200, Exterior Detail for most Pickups & SUV’s cost $225, Exterior Detail for most Mini Vans & Larger SUV’s cost $250.

Question: Do you charge extra for anything?  Answer: Yes we charge extra for extreme conditions such as paint oxidation, paint overspray, water spots, heavy tar or tree sap, heavy carpet soils and pet hair. We can give you an exact charge when we see your vehicle.
